ASYF Care and Share Fellowship: Spreading Love and Building Community
Every first Saturday of the month, ASYF UNIBEN embarks on a special outreach initiative: the Care and Share Fellowship. This unique program is designed to extend the love and compassion of Christ beyond the walls of the Chapel.
Sharing the Love in Small Units
The Care and Share Fellowship takes place in small units scattered across the University of Benin campus. These units are strategically located in student residential areas such as BDPA, Ekosodin, various Halls of Residence, Oluku, and other key locations.
A Day of Sharing and Fellowship:
During the Care and Share Fellowship, members gather in their respective units for a time of:
Word Sharing: Engaging discussions and reflections on God's Word, fostering deeper understanding and spiritual growth.
Fellowship and Communion: Sharing meals together, building stronger bonds within the ASYF community, and experiencing the joy of Christian fellowship.
Community Outreach: Opportunities to serve the immediate community, whether through acts of kindness, sharing food with those in need, or simply offering a listening ear and a word of encouragement.
